RF Heat Sealing
Radio Frequency Heat Sealing is often referred to as HF welding. Manufacturers apply Thermex-Thermatron’s powerful RF heat sealers when welding polyethylene into durable medical products. These RF welding machines use electricity to generate heat within a material. Instead of heating the material from the outside in, industrial heat sealers distribute heat uniformly. Here, the dielectric loss of the material determines the amount of heat generated within the material.
