RF Heat Sealing – Radio Frequency Heat Sealing, also known as high frequency welding or rf welding, is a plastic sealing process that utilizes high frequency electric fields to induce heating and melting of thermoplastic base materials and facilitates long, continuous welds between parts without added material.  RF Welders are used in many industries including automotive, medical, aerospace, packaging, and industrial textiles.
