Oteman has engineered a line of roll slitting machines designed to meet your manufacturing process needs. Slitting machines are available in automatic or manual and can handle heavy or even jumbo rolls of material. Slitters can cut rolls at just the right time in different diameters, weight, and length, giving flexibility and efficiency to your roll storage.
Depending on each material, Oteman will apply the right tool to obtain a clean cut with a high precision. Special machine widths and customized projects are available.
Programmable slitters feature PLCs, programmable widths/quantities and blade sharpening with adjustable bevel.
Manual slitters feature motorized rollers allowing for quick and easy roll change without using a shaft, along with a range of rewinding systems.
