The Thermex Microwave Laboratory/Pilot System is designed to bridge the gap between small bench top ovens and production systems. The system is a complete self-contained microwave source used for industrial, laboratory and pilot heating processes.

Thermex Engineers have designed the MW System to allow the researcher to test larger samples under controlled conditions and develop a database of information. The ability to establish consistent and reproducible test data provides the confidence that is important for establishing the groundwork for a successful manufacturing process.

The unique features of this system coupled with PLC controls yields the ultimate in material testing, data acquisition, trending and process development.
