Thermex-Thermatron Material Handling Indexing Systems are customizable to work with your production needs. Our Indexing Systems are customarily 30 inches wide with a maximum roll diameter of 16 inches while the indexer stroke is adjustable from 0 to 36 inches. Adjustments are facilitated by means of a hand wheel and are easily determined by steel rule indicator.
Thermex-Thermatron Indexing Systems are equipped with a control box that enables the operator to control the press and the indexer in two modes as well as a special job control for use in set-up and/or splicing and replenishment.
The result is a durable, versatile, top performing RF System designed for maximum productivity and throughput.

Material Handling Systems – Material Handling Systems enable operators to move the material more efficiently being heat sealed through the welding process. Material Handling Systems include turntables, indexing systems, nip roller indexing systems, and various shuttle configurations such as frontload, side, and side by side.
