With the addition of Radio Frequency Contract Manufacturing, we are pleased to present Research & Development and Prototyping services through low volume runs giving additional options and flexibility to those in product/process development in industries such as industrial textiles, automotive, packaging, adhesives, filtration, and more.

LOW VOLUME RF CONTRACT MANUFACTURING SERVICES AT THERMALAB

Thermex operates ThermaLab, our in-house laboratory, to give clients a chance to test our equipment on our fully-dedicated manufacturing floor where clients get to witness firsthand how microwave and/or radio frequency heating will benefit their products.

ThermaLab equipment is also being used for small run RF contract manufacturing. RF equipment includes a 10kW RF Press, a 30kW RF Press, and a 10kW RF Bar Sealer.
